An East Coast native and an artist since childhood, Grey has always connected to the craft of handmade objects.  Cutting his teeth assisting high profile celebrity designers with Park Ave penthouses and Hamptons getaways, Grey has worked both as a residential interior designer and as a ‘to the trade’ luxury brand specialist.  With over fifteen years of extensive experience in the Interior Design field -- and with expertise in high-end furniture, lighting, textiles, floor and wall coverings -- Grey offers a personable, hands on sourcing experience.

As a maker himself, he brings a genuine interest and knowledge to the production process that allows him to see new possibilities.

"MY GOAL IS TO PUSH THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MATERIALS, AND TO CREATE A TRULY BESPOKE HANDMADE OBJECT."

Grey focuses on local artisanal companies that specialize in handmade craftsmanship. From Murano glass chandeliers and goblets, to block printed wallpaper, Grey represents a bespoke list of family owned business and Northern California artisans.

"WE ARE FORTUNATE TO HAVE SO MANY LOCAL RESOURCES THAT ARE CAPABLE OF PARTNERING WITH DESIGNERS AND THEIR CLIENTS FROM CONCEPTION TO INSTALLATION. THERE'S A DIFFERENCE IN A PRODUCT WHERE THE DESIGNER HAS COLLABORATED WITH THE ARTISAN. IT'S MORE PERSONAL AND SPECIAL... AS IT SHOULD BE."

Whether it is just an introduction to a new handmade resource, or an educational studio site trip, Grey is committed to connecting designers with artisans in a new interactive way.
